Online Assessment

Participants complete an online questionnaire. We supply a standard
feedback report via email showing the assessment questions, question
explanations, descriptions of top answers, and
improvement recommendations. Participants analyse the
results then plan any actions.
Sales
Coach Validation ¬¬¬
Participants complete an online
questionnaire. We arrange a telephone or face to face interview
to validate the results. Sales participants and their managers receive
individual customised feedback reports together with a recording of the
interview, via email. For teams of five or more we also prepare a
comprehensive executive report including
tabulated results, the industry test average score for each aspect, our
analysis of the results, and recommendations for development.
Coach
Accreditation ¬¬¬¬
Through a coach accreditation service, customers can have their
own people conduct the validation interviews. Otherwise, everything is
the same. Accredited coaches learn how to use our unique assessment
system to ensure fairness and objectivity. Online tools automate the
report generation. The accredited coach scores responses by listening to
the interview recording and then completes the bespoke feedback.
