Online Assessment
Participants complete an online questionnaire which generates a feedback report including a single glance radar chart, the questions, and responses. Interviewers use the report to investigate abilities according to job priorities.
Interviewer Assessment
An interviewer, manager, or peer uses an online assessment tool to evaluate candidates. The tool includes expanded questions to help identify specific strengths and weaknesses. Users can assess candidates they know well or have interviewed or use the questions to guide a live in person or telephone interview.
Sales Coach Validation
Participants complete an online questionnaire. We arrange a telephone or face to face interview to validate the results. Sales participants and the interviewer receive a customised feedback report together with a recording of the interview. Interviewers use the validation information to filter candidates or guide the interview. The question by question validation scores together with the validating coaches written feedback equips interviewers to investigate any critical weaknesses.
